poor soundproofing weak signal
the location across from the beach was acceptable i suppose
the air conditioning barely worked resulting in some pretty warm nights i couldn't sleep well the soundproofing was a joke too i could hear everything my neighbors said it was as if they were in the same room as me the tv signal cut out all the time it was pretty annoying

SOME Issues DETRACTED from the stay
small room average breakfast
The location is definitely great , right on the sea front.
The rooms are rather small. Wardrobe space was minimal and the 'balcony' faced a wall . Breakfast was average at best , the SAME for several days.

Superb Experience
efficient staff shaded terrace friendly staff excellent location
I found breakfast excellent. The staff were efficient and quite friendly. I enjoyed a shaded terrace when the sun got intense. Location was excellent for beach and restaurants as I expected.
Our side room was compact. It was still super clean. The room wasn't cleaned until late even with a sign. I would liked it to be cleaned earlier during the day.

This hotel has a beautiful location across from the beach. Many places exist to eat nearby. I parked a rental car easily. I could walk to many different attractions.

The hotel maintains a lovely roof terrace area. I enjoyed many comfortable seating arrangement in front of the hotel. The hotel has a secure garage. This provided worry-free storage for bicycles.

cramped room unappealing breakfast
the location was decent short walk to local spots the staff seemed friendly.
the room felt cramped and small for the price i paid the view wasn't great either i expected something better than the car park and building site behind the hotel it was not what i anticipated when i booked a standard room the breakfast lacked variety and looked unappealing.
